- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@decentwatches.com. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or engraved watches, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
No Refund or Exchange Policy:
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once your return is approved, we will provide store credit equal to the purchase value.
- Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you can use your store credit towards a new purchase.
